  1. When will I get my console back / How long will it take?

    The process of repair and testing a console usually takes about 2 hours. A majority of the time, you should see your console back the same day. The worst case scenerio is te next day.

  2. Do I need to bring anything with me for the repair?

    You do not need to bring anything with you. Usually we just need only the console for repair. If the issue relates to anything else such as HDD, power supply, cables, certain games not reading... etc... we will instruct you to bring it.

  3. Do I need to make an appointment?

    Nope, just come on in!

  4. Do you guys take credit cards?

    Yes, we take credit, debit, and cash. Unfortunately no checks.

  5. What if my consoles cannot be repaired?

    In the case a console cannot be repaired, we do not charge anything. If you are coming in for a refix and we cannot repair it, we will follow the refund procedure on the paperwork.

  6. When do I pay for the repair?

    You pay when you come to pick up the console.

  7. How will I know when my console is completed?

    We will give you a call to update you on the status of your console. You can always call in to inquire about the status if it takes longer then the estimated time.

  8. What are your hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
