1.) What are your store hours?
- Mon-Thurs: 10:00A.M. - 8:00P.M.
- Fri-Sat: 10:00A.M. - 8:30P.M.
- Sun: 10:00A.M. - 7:00P.M.
2.) What is the success rate of your repairs?
- Our repairs have over a 96% success rate.
3.) How long does it take to fix my system?
- The usual time for a regular fix is about an hour if time permits. If we have all the parts, we can get your system back to you within the day or the next day. If we do not have the parts (example: Lens etc...) then it might take a few days for the parts.
4.) Do you send the systems out somewhere for repairs?
- No, we do all the repairs on site.
5.) Do I have to pay if my system is unfixable?
- If we cannot fix your system for any reason, you are not obligated to pay.
6.) My system came in for a refix and cannot be fix, do I get a refund?
- We will gladly refund you half of the money (for parts and labor) if the problem reoccurs and we cannot fix it.
7.) My system has a problem not listed under the services, can you guys fix it?
- Feel free to call us, send us an email, or come inregarding the problem, and we can give you a diagnostic and estimate.
